Coconut Bliss

This soothing combination of therapies begins with a gentle creamy coconut milk body scrub to smooth and nourish your skin. The body is then treated with an application of warm honey with coconut milk and cocooned thus activating the ingredients restoring skin balance, elasticity and suppleness. A re-awakening Athiz massage concludes this journey.

Creamy coconut milk body scrub

Honey and coconut milk body wrap

Detoxifirming body therapy

Ayurvedic massage

A Indian massage using a combination of soothing and symmetrical long strokes to regulate the circulatory and nervous systems of the body. The warm herbal medicinal oil chosen according to your body type balances the doshas and leaves you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. A steam bath is recommended following this massage.

Hot herbal poultice therapy

This therapeutic massage begins with an application of warm oil specific to your dosha. A warm herbal fomentation is applied to relax the muscles while stimulating blood circulation and energy flow. The effect of heat and herbs helps to reduce aches and pains, increase lymphatic drainage and condition the skin, leaving you refreshed and relaxed.

Shiroabhyanga

Using Ayurvedic oils, vital points of the shoulder, neck, head and face are massaged to relax tight muscles and improve blood circulation. With a special focus on 'Marma' points around the head, you will feel an immense calming and balancing effect on the nervous system and throughout the body. This therapy concludes with a mild fomentation leaving you totally relaxed.
